fire

a blazing fire
with flames that dance around wood
laughing as they lick our cold faces
and we watch
as the ever changing embers ignite
and burst
into a thousand black fireflies
who fly near the fire until they die
but then they are reborn from the flames
as long as the fire keeps burning

cold

i touch the floor
it is cold
i touch my face
it is colder
but when i reach into my heart
it is frozen
and needs to thaw

when you dont know

when there are so many unsure and undecided thoughts and emotions you get to a point where you cant take it anymore. you dont know what to do. the only solution is to do the only thing you can do to put a stop to it. because if you dont, you become more confused and you can not see things the way they should be and you are no longer living the life you were meant to live. and if you dont live your life who knows what will happen to everyone else. it is sad that a handful of people can no longer things they should be. so be sure of yourself, and take charge of your life.

Osama dies

A man who did bad things and killed many people has been murdered himself. Most of us are happy about this. We are celebrating murder. He was often feared by many, but a sigh of relief was enough for me, I no longer feared him. But now some are celebrating murder. What his world come to?

Laugh

I could go an entire day laughing and laughing, but I would need someone to make me laugh. I could go a day without laughing, but I would need someone to cut my vocal cords first.

A dove flies by
Two crows peck at it
A hawk comes
The crows fly away

Something so pure and white
Became something else
First with playful blues and greens
Then stained with everlasting black

Up and down

Sometimes We tell people that they're goIng down. Down where? And sometimes people take it as a joke...sometimes they don't. I know usually it's just some friendly competition. Think about when it's not. It isn't taken lightly when it's used like that. So maybe instead of down, we need to say, "hey, your going up." to change it up.
